However, if you decide to request a refund for your hosting services due to dissatisfaction, please note that the cost associated with the migration will be deducted from your refund amount. This deduction will not exceed the total amount eligible for a refund.

    Before switching, consult our pricing pages for Elementor Pro, and Elementor Hosting.
    Switch - Consent (Plugin to Hosting)*

    * Once reviewed and approved, if you already have one, the website and all its content will be deleted within 72 hours. You can back up your website​ and download it using my.elementor.
    * You will be able to download and use the Elementor Pro Plugin on other WordPress sites hosted by any provider.
    * You will be able to restore your backup to any WordPress site but may need to resync your Elementor Pro license.
    Regarding your license and payments:
    * The Renewal date of the new plan remains the same as the original.
    * As part of the switch process, a full refund for the amount of the original plan will be issued, and you will be automatically charged for the new plan. Make sure you turn on auto-renewal for the subscription so the charge can be placed.

    This process will, within 72 hours, delete any content you’ve created on the Elementor hosted website (If you have created one). If you made any progress on your site or you just want to have a backup saved, you can download it from your Elementor account.
    You will be able to restore this backup in any other WordPress installation but be advised that you might need to re-sync the Elementor Pro license in this case.
